Like all councils with Social Services it’s Rochdale Borough Councils legal DUTY to “Safeguard adults at risk of abuse or neglect” (see the Care Act above).

Not doing that JOB are criminal offences – Ill-treatment or wilful neglect, Misconduct in Public Office.

Rochdale Borough Council is run by the labour party, Councillor Chris Furlong is a member of that gang.
