Slivers Of Time

Any thoughts on the ‘slivers of time’ system, readers? It sounds good to me as a DisAbled worker who has had one part time office job so far. I will most probably never be able to work a full week, as a direct result of my DisAbility. So it would definitely work for me if I was to find another job that I couldn’t do from home.
I’m particularly interested to know whether it would work for carers. Comments are, as always, very welcome below.

Same Difference 
It would be good for me also as my condition is stable. It may be unworkable for those whose condition changes from day to day as it might not be flexible enough.
Also it still does not solve the limited availability of suitable jobs for disabled people. Heck in my area there are not enough jobs available full stop. I live in a deprived are.
In short, definitely agree with the principle. Not sure how it might work in practice.
