Not surprised! Just been planning our journey to Excel. Like the lady in the article we will be arriving at Paddington – after days of searching/phoning etc I’ve decided the only way we can do it is to take a taxi from Paddington to Bank where we can get the Docklands light railway to Custom House.
The whole journey from home to Excel is going to take 2hours45 mins – if we are lucky!
Then we’ve got to get back!
The only consolation is that it’s cheaper than trying to stay and find wheelchair accessible accommodation.
