    David Cameron should be the first port of call as his son when alive had special needs ?
    writing to Children’s Minister Edward Timpson is not likely to be of any use as he has 3 fit children ? despite him being the minister it’s the likes of David Cameron to get more involved with policy’s that revolve around disabled children not get people involved like Edward who haven’t a clue

    And while I’m on the subject that’s what’s wrong with the UK in the main in where you have various ministers of most departments involving themselves in extremely complexed departments without any understanding of what that departments about and the needs for the people it serves’ hence those departments are always screwed up with a very bad service to the public leading in some cases to their death
