Same Difference 
There have been 3 times in my life that i pursued my legal rights in court only to find that these ‘RIGHTS’ are worthless, they have ‘loopholes’ which basically renders all rights unenforcable unless of course you have money enough to force the other side to back down. These rights be they tenants rights, human rights, parental rights etc are little more than a placebo to give the illusion of freedom of choice & rights. And no i am not a conspiracy nut BUT something is terribly wrong at the core of things & maybe the conspiracy nuts are not so wrong after all. Basically we have rights UNTIL we try to enforce them then you find out the truth.
