Panorama: I Want My Baby Back
January 8, 2014
I’ll be watching this on BBC1 next Monday at 9pm.
John Sweeney investigates the secretive world of the family courts and asks whether some parents may have unfairly lost their children forever.
The crucial evidence against them came from doctors, who said that tiny fractures on their babies’ x-rays were evidence of abuse. But some experts now believe that lack of vitamin D or rickets might point to another cause for the fractures.
One young mother has taken desperate measures after losing her daughter – she has gone on the run from the UK to have her second child abroad. But even this drastic step may not keep her out of the reach of social services.

The family court has been breaching “human rights” for many years now since the mid ’80’s itacts under the law of probability not fact familys have also been seperated FOREVER due to circumstances or stereotyping ie. If the mother was also a ward of the state in local authority care then the mother is unfit to raise her child as there is aprobability of abuse.
Most local authoritys do however act in a humane manner and every attempt is made to keep children with there birth familiys but there are boroughs in the UK who are appauling and should be held accountable for the crimes against innocent parents and children.
