Same Difference 
My landlord picks his rent up, probably tax free in his bentley we have lived without a bath for 2yrs water leaking through the roof faulty electrics ect.
Landlords are the only ones who have ever profited off benefits. But if everyone starts ripping them up and like that landlord who evicted all his tenants who claimed housing where would we all go ? .
