‘Money Is No Object’ In Flood Recovery Says Cameron, Disabled People Respond
February 12, 2014
There have been so many responses to ‘that’ statement. I thought I would collect three of the best from disabled people.
Can I make one thing very clear. I have no objection at all to the Government giving financial support for the flood recovery, and I’m sure no one else in Britain does, either. We only object to the idea that the financial support they are offering appears to be unlimited, at a time when every other service is having financial support cut, supposedly to save money.

Thameside properties are worth millions. Don’t tell me these people don’t have lavish insurance policies and protection. The West Country and West Wales is also awash, but is clearly not such an urgent priority as the Tory South East.

I’m not normally a vindictive type of person..but strange how money is no object in the tory voting heartlands, while barclay bankers are STILL getting mega bonuses…so given the austerity the majority are suffering at the hands of this UNELECTED government..suffice to say I utter the words with a huge grin…..”Karma baby…suck it up” 😛 My cup runneth over just a bit less than yours..lol
