This is a regular problem, Kent Police are almost certainly correct in what they state about this Lady. The Pension scheme is not likely to be administered by Kent Police, but by another body. I wonder who is responsible for the medical assessment that would be required to show that this poor Lady needs to take early retirement. My guess is that it is outsourced, I had the same problem when I applied for early retirement from the prison service, Despite having consultants, gp’s and the atos employed occupational Health Doctor all putting it in writing that I was incapable of working, another ATOS employee, in the assessment office sitting behind a computer, demanded that I undertake “treatment” he had prescribed despite the other Doctors firmly refusing to prescribe the treatment on the grounds it would exacerbate my condition, it took 18 months before I eventually was awarded my early retirement, following a Joint letter from the then Home secretary, and the minister for health and Social Security to ATOS demanding they did their job properly.

ATOS strikes again and also looks like they made another wrong decision
