    I believe he should urgently consult an oncologist, as castrated males do not regrow their testicles and what he thinks is the return of his balls may actually be a serious tumour.

    On the other hand, he may still be as meekly neutered as he was in 2010, but has taken to spouting hot air in the hope that, at the next election, at least he may retain his seat.
