    Anyone denied PIP or ESA should get to the tribunal stage then send the DWP and the assessment company an email demanding the HP and the Decision maker plus anyone they contacted in the office to ask for information to attend the hearing and answer questions they have about their opinion or decision. The last question should be show on the report what is fact and what is opinion.
    They won’t turn up so ask for the report to be overturned! If they won’t go to work on the medical person on the panel, they will be sh*tting themselves before I got to the end of my list the bond solon rule part 35 is the saviour of many people forced to appeal the corrupt DWP tribunals. I have a list of questions that is growing as people raise points and many are duel purpose, they can be asked of both the HP and the DM, that’s if they turn up!

    depressed and scared off all the evil pip is doing to everyone who is disabled and on dla for life .life is a daily nightmare for me and made worse waiting for pip form from 2013 to 2017 ended up on strongest effexa. if I could work in would .slowly killing peaple .my dla is probably what minister spend on dinner ..

    pain 24 hours a day meds up to max now waiting for pip has made me so I’ll feel like I don’t want to wake up every day .so evil picking on most vulnerable every day folk who are disabled not by choice.
