    Caught up in a very similar situation where I was assessed, .y words were trusted. I was left to struggle off an examination couch then it was reported I was able to transfer back to wheelchair!!!
    I broke my neck in 1990 but DWP/ATOS are expecting it to improve by 2021 wtf!!!
    Agree with Him this is aimed at putting genuine claimants off. by the sheer weight of beurocracy involved in paperwork! I have just started legal challenge but already have a boxfile of papers and CAB Assistance coming out to prepare more next week!!
    A crazy system for one aimed at people who are sick and disabled often low in mood and fragile!!
