Should seek urgent review and appeal, obviously – and get help from local advice place. Also though – there’s no detail here but I wonder…. some time ago a call centre person told me some workers calling people back would make a 30 second call, which would be logged as being made, but would not be long enough to actually ring the phone of the person being called. Probably not the case here, but I thought I would mention it.

“some workers calling people back would make a 30 second call, which would be logged as being made, but would not be long enough to actually ring the phone”

That’s a nasty new trick from the criminals. (great find)

If anyone gets the nonces claiming that ‘phone calls were logged’…
… well the log *should* show the *duration* of the call too.
If they won’t/can’t tell you the duration then you can call ‘BS’ on the criminals lies.
      🙂
