Pizza making from scratch using a proper pizza oven at Nutley Edge – the respite I fund-raised to go to last summer, improving my life skills, and increasing my likelihood of potential independent living in future!

I had to use my motor skills as well to knead the dough and they fired it up in the pizza oven for me 🙂 and then I chose my own toppings plus sauce. Here is a photo of me about to enjoy it.
