This is to enable me to do the final exam for my Duke of Edinburgh silver award and enable me travel with my PA to concerts ,so that my family can have some respite. and i can have good summer with my PA’s support so as to build on the independent skills i already have. Unfortunately, I don’t get the necessary funding from the government for my respite or qualification with the residential elements of my DofE course .
