This is why PAs are important and the work they do need to be more recognised than care agencies as someone that has used both service. They care about it being right not only when you employ the PA but throughout your relationship with that person as their employer when you are employing carers independently of agencies and decides to employ and employ your own PAs and go with platforms that can introduce you to wealth of PAs and coordinate your own care and support from that PA with the help of your platform coordinator. You can also choose from a wealth of PAs, which you basically go online shopping so it’s a better secure platform to shop.
