I’ve just read that Matt Brown, AKA @coastaltrek, has been arrested for fraud.
Those of you who are on Twitter may remember him. His twitter profile reads:
solo trek of 10500 miles for H4H coast of uk and ireland please support my twitteri get £1 for every follower and hope to raise a mill. raised £503000 to date
Yet Help For Heroes has not been able to contact him since he registered, and has not recieved any of the money raised from his event.
I am shocked and upset to read this. To think I followed him too! I’m now going to be following one less person on Twitter.
