Same Difference 
Can I recommend Julie Maycock’s JG page? She is running a marathon in Korea to raise money for ME Research UK which raises funds for biomedical research into ME. Her friend Amy Bakewell has very severe ME and has been bedridden since 1996 (at one stage more or less totally, but she has been able to make little outings now and then more recently).

I’m not able to donate, so I’m just giving it some publicity. Amy has been featured in the media a couple of times recently and you can find a few articles on her through Google, but there is an interview with her here, third item from the top.
