    I,m thinking , how my daughter feels,she lost her sight 13 years ago .how much she misses .how she talks about ,when she could see .it breaks our hearts .all because of an hospital neglegens. she has secial needs as well as blind

    It is a lovely clip and it’s well-meant.

    But I find it patronising to blind and disabled people. We don’t have to be beggars if we are supported and included in society. No disabled person wants to be reduced to this. We want to get on with life. And I agree, all of us need help, all of us could end up that way – I don’t judge who begs at all: it could happen to anyone.

    But please, the “words you change” should be about your attitude to disabled people. Give them the benefits they need, the work opportunities they deserve, the politeness and inclusive attitude in every day life. Then we’ll be less “disabled” and more equal and won’t need better wording to beg more successfully.
