    I think Theresa May,is perhaps making changes for the sake of change, perhaps the Tories may have an agenda to change everything! What May does not understand is the outcomes for disabled people (does she care?) especially when it come to Hate Crime, even to the extent of getting the disabled person into trouble if three people complain about them, how ridiculous can she get. Hate Crime is rife at the moment and changes like this will exploited by unscrupulous individuals. We need more protection not less.
