    Perhaps he should not have been sentenced to prison in the first place. Laymen have no idea what his condition does to him, and they certainly haven’t a clue how to treat him. This is a death sentence, something that was outlawed in the sixties.
    His prognosis means he cannot be returned to the hell hole of the Scrubs.
    Yes, I think too, his treatment at the hands of prison staff, breaches his Human Rights, and someone must be held accountable for that.

    The treatment of Daniel Roque Hall does not make sense,neither economically or humanely. He is already in the prison of his own body and does not need three policemen by his bed in hospital where he has to be sent after careless treatment in prison. The law is being interpreted stupidly and he will die even earlier than he would have in his bed at home.

    this is a flagrant breach of his human rights, an assault on logic and decency and brings shame on the judicial system. he cannot be returned to HMP wormwood Scrubbs where his abuse will undoubtedly continue.
