    typical Tory civil servants who thinks they know best when in reality they haven’t a clue and never have had
    you only have to ask to see their uni qualification’s or lack of. in my dealings with them over the past 40 years THICK comes to mind
    a bit like watching the BBC apprentice all looks good on paper but the reality is way off the mark
