i’m a gulf war 1990-91 veteran that has been denied any pensions compensations n medical attentions, i am also on t E.S.A. sick since 1998 with my illnesses, i have been trying for 7 years nearly to get down sized to a one bed accomodation n get help with the bedroom tax…just to be totally ignored n now threatened with reposession, i can’t afford any medications nor foods that i need & now they want me to use my medical monies to pay their ilegal taxes as i have never been informed n have been forced into serious debt, all i want is a one bedroom bungallow or ground floor flat due to dissabilities & the councils n housing are ignoring my requests for help, what is going on with britain n the way us veterans are being shunned n ignored, please help as i don’t fancy going to prison for self defence against pre meditated abuse or murder as it is.

Medical attention lacking, join the club. I have paid in thousands upon thousands of pounds worth of stamp duty, healthcare prepaid for if I need it. When you come to draw on what you have paid for you get nothing of any consequence back, just abandoned.

If ever you receive debt letters from agencies, agencies that have purchased your debt from someone else, and I hope this is not too late, you have that debt officially wiped away because another person/company, has paid off your debt, according to the Transfer of Bills Act 1882. The only way a debt collection agency can claim on a debt is if you say to them that you owe them the money, or in anyways acknowledge a relationship with yourself.

When a letter comes from a debt collection agency, first letter, stating they have purchased your debt, you tell them that you do not owe them anything, that in law your debt is with the original company, that you do not recognise them.

A good example is if you see a little old lady being fined, and you approach the court official, without her knowledge, and pay the fine, and then seek to get the money back by asking the old lady, you cannot in law do that. You paid her fine, she never asked you too.

I have to use my DLA as my contribution towards my care needs, i have been told by social services this is legal and accepted by government? If i do not pay i do not receive care is what i been told? if i was over 60 all these ‘rules’ including the bedroom tax would not be applied but because i dared to be made spinal cord injured and under that age i have to pay out of my meagre benefits. This is NOT equality!! unfair, unjust

Disability Living Allowance is separate to ESA, and is there to pay for your immediate care, that is, equipment. You should receive health care through your doctor, care workers. Your doctor is responsible for contacting social services to have care workers pay visits, to see to your needs. What you need to do is to go to your local CAB for all the benefits you may be able to claim for, such as a bus pass, which should operate in your area. You can claim from your energy company for Winter Warmer Allowance – look their address up on web site under the aforementioned name. It is a free telephone number that is also given to contact the energy company. You must go to your CAB for benefit advice.

I think this Government should hang their rotten heads in shame..Trouble is Tyrants have no shame…Its beyond disgusting and there is no logic to treating people like this especially those that have risked their lives in wars…Its shocking..I wake every day in the hope of that Breaking News that says the Monster Cameron has been Thrown out….He is a Despicable little spoiled brat that wants his own way all the time …

If your council are using your DLA as income. To pay the BT. They are not allowed to do this… Research the Burnip case. Also, put in an appeal. Everyone has the right to appeal. You can also apply for a DHP. You CAN do BOTH….
