you are very lucky then Mr Scott. everyone i know, and thats a lot of people, have had a lot of bother them. however the above speech is not JUST about ATOS. its about ALL the reforms and what they have done to people. my own grandaughter aged 19 has now been sanctioned 3 times. 3 weeks, for being late for an appointment…yet she was sat there 10 mins before her due time. 2nd one not a month later… again for being late. that was a 6 weeks long sanction. 3rd for 6 months, for not attending an appointment she had no knowledge of. she lives with her dad who is on ESA and now struggling to feed them both. all 3 sanctions have been in a matter of 5 months.admitted that was not ATOS but rules n regs that IDS brought in and DWP follow .
Myself & my cousin – both disabled, & both in the ESA Support Group – have had no problems with ATOS/DWP.
