I’ve just read that the Rutherford family have lost their bid for a legal challenge to the bedroom tax.
My thanks to ITV news for the coverage. I can’t find anything on the BBC about this.

Same Difference 
I am really upset over this, I think I saw them on TV last year and they were really worried over the whole issue. The council were asking them to account for absolutely every penny they spent, even on loo paper which I found insulting. This bedroom tax on severely disabled people is an absolute insult and a breach of their human rights because many need that spare room to store mobility and other equipment
