IMPORTANT Fares To The JobCentre

For those that dont already know, you can get a form from JCP for half price fares, and you should be able to claim your fares back if you keep the tickets/oyster receipts.
Forgive me if you do already know, readers, but this is the first I’ve heard of it.

I did this yesterday for my daughter, you ask for a half price fares form from the JCP.. they stamp it … you take it to a Post Office with 2 passport photos … they give you a photocard .. You then take it with (in our case) your Oyster card to a tube station so they can connect photocard with oyster – Hers will last for 6 months – you get half price travel on buses and tubes.. This is in London, so not sure about Nationwide 🙂

Is this nationwide or just london? My JCP+ is clueless,mention a Training Programme that has been in the media and they are clueless,do you have a form number?

Just googled it and there are a few places that also do it inc Nottingham and Bedfordshire, it doesn’t look like anywhere services by first is included tho.
