What is the vertical axis? Number of individuals effected, or money taken? Sorry to be thick!

What can be seen from the graph is that sanctions were imposed under Labour, but the rise of the need of foodbanks seem to have risen from around 2006 within New Labour’s rule?

But the rise was gradual, til 2010. Then we all know what happened next.

The decline in the number of fines imposed along the vertical axis, is not surprising to me. Fines do not self-fund their admin police / court cost because of non-payment.

The rise of sanctions is not saving funding,
but pushing the burden of cost onto the NHS in hospitals and GP surgeries
    by starvation symptoms
needing both in and out-patient care to prevent death.

On average it takes about a month to starve to death. Sanctions are months long.

Rickets has a life-long health issue to kids, due to inhibited bone development.

Gout and obesity in the poor is also caused by the rubbish food we eat from the end day of foods’ sell by date and other cheap tinned foods we can only afford to eat.

From war-time British servicemen prisoners of war it was learned that the more extra weight a man carries, the quicker they succumb and die from starvation.

So the obese due to lose benefit from the next Tory government will pass away far quicker than one month. There have been people who succumbed in a fortnight from people’s experiences who tried to fast for that long.

Blogs have stated DWP own information which inform that welfare admin management costs double that going to people on the dole.

The wlefare admin costs are rising by the billions each year, remaining the same around £220 billion,

Money to the starving is reducing year on year by the billions.

Maximus is charging double what Atos cost the taxpayer.

And the real odd fact not put in any political propaganda.

People being sanctioned more than pay for their benefit.

    How?

From the 75 per cent of all tax from people to government and back again,
that comes from stealth indirect taxes and VAT.

The poor from these indirect taxes have an effective
    90 per cent tax rate,
whilst paying not one penny of income tax.

Some benefits are taxable even though far, far below the basic tax allowance.

And it is the poor and the old who shop in the town centre,
so pay indirect tax through the business rates paid by cheap shops like Poundstretchers, Poundland, Wilkinsons etc.

In amongst the sanctioned are the
1 million aged 60-64 only on some kind of welfare
denied state pension payout since 2013.

The men and women older than these who are retiring next year
begin suffering the end of the state pension,
facing nil state pension for life,
when some benefits end after age 64.
