Trouble is Forcing Benefit Claimants into Unpaid Work means there are Less Paid Jobs available as what Employer is going to Pay a Proper Wage when they can get Slave Labour Courtesy of the Benefits System , no doubt the TORY PARTY will expect a generous Donation to Party Funds as a Token of their Appreciation

no he is working for less the minimum wage instead of being offered paid work. That in my book is illegal. If their is work to be had they should pay someone to do it and not get free work paid for by the tax payer. Big companies are sacking their staff and employing them back on workfare. It could happen to you too, think about that.

Everyone except those in prison and perhaps illegal immigrants should have a right to benifits.

go on a workfare strike, everyone no one turn up to their placements. Nobody go. Are they going to stop every ones benefits, No because a load of people will end up on the streets all at once and they will have to explain why they are all there. Fed up of this government trying to exploit the poor the sick the vulnerable. They should have jobs and paid at least the minimum wage. Even though the minimum wage isn’t enough. Everyone should have working rights whether they are employed or not.

Iain Duncan Smith also served in the British Army, serving with distinction as a general’s bag carrier in Rhodesia yet he was just RTU’d – Returned To [his] Unit – after Rhodesia was handed over to Mugabe and was just dumped on civvie street after he left the Army.

But he didn’t whine, cry or shout, but made a new life for himself. He is now the Minister for Welfare Reform and is determined to stop scroungers taking state handouts paid for by hard-working taxpayers like you and me.

It is left wing nonsense to say that someone is being paid nothing when they are working for their state handouts. You might as well say that Iain Duncan Smith is working for nothing when he gets his Ministerial salary and underpants allowance.

As I said before they should be offered a job and not alternatively working for their benefits. Everyone should have working rights. And those on workfare don’t have the same working rights, they work the hours without sick pay, without holidays and without negotiation to what hours they work and when they work them, like paid workers. There is a big difference and if there is work to be had then they should be employed properly, within the law.

Now I fully believe that the unemployed should work for their benefits, but not for a penny less than the minimum wage, but even this brings in an interesting point – if they have to work for their unemployment benefits then WHAT WERE THEY PAYING NATIONAL INSURANCE FOR?

…because one of the legitimizations of this “tax” is of course its connection to unemployment benefits should the one paying ever become unemployed.

Are people to pay national insurance so the government can bail out bankers, but they themselves must work for far less than a child on a newspaper round to get very basic benefits that are meant to be to keep them alive whilst they find another job? – not to provide capitalist corporations with slave labourers.

Are deluded? IDS failed in the military, lied about his qualifications and everything he touches turns to shit,he has squandered Taxpayers funds on one clusterfuck after another and has never had a position that he excelled in!

They are not state handouts, We have a Benefits System Benefits as in Insurance benefits payed by the tax payers, Its an agreement, an arrangement voted in by the people, its Social Insurance not Welfare. The State does not own the public purse The Public do.

The State are our Servants, there to serve us. They should not be enslaving the poor and unfortunates.

Even if you are on JSA then it is very likely that you still pay your National Insurance contributions.

the Welfare handout spiel is merely Right Wing Propaganda, designed to persuade people who know no better that their Policies are Fair and Just.

No-one should work for their benefits,
as that means a private company
is scrounging off you, the taxpayer,
the firms are avoiding paying National Insurance and PAYE tax
as well as contributing to the economy by paying wages from its profits to workers.

The taxpayer also pays firms to take on workfare forced labour.

Slavery provided free housing, clothing, food and all the requirements of a slave. No such luck for benefit claimants wasting 6 months stuck in a non-job, here 6 days a week, so stopping that person from seeking a job through the newspaper or networking.

Benefit is nowhere near a living amount of money.

Workfare is expanding, with private companies paid huge amounts of money by the taxpayer, when you realise that just one job advertised from this expanding private profit-making business has a starting salary of over £20,000 a year (plus all the costs of employing that staff).

This is not capitalism, but forced labour of an extreme right wing ideology that does not believe in capitalisam.

A capitalist economy needs the mass of people with spending power to consume products.

Benefit is more than paid for by the unemployed, as the unemployment benefit is only 3 per cent of the entire Welfare bill that has been reducing to the amount of money actually going to the poor year on year.

And income tax is only 25p in the pound of tax from people to government.

The unemployed and working poor below the income tax basic allowance,
both pay the 75 per cent of all tax from people to government from stealth indirect taxes like insurance premium tax, taxes on cigarettes and alcohol and petrol etc and VAT, even on food, we all pay, in or out of work, and however long we live.

The working poor are also pushed below even the minimum wage, let alone a living wage, so again firms avoid paying tax and National Insurance.

This is something called feudalism where the serfs were forced to work for no individual gain and capitalism could not exist as these were cashless mass of the population.

    Workfare has sanctions.

Universal Credit will mean permanent sanctions, as the Hardship Payments will become recoverable loans (so costing you the taxpayer the admin and court costs) from future benefit and wages. So the poor person even when they get a job, lose their food money.

No money has been saved out of hungry workfare forced labour and sanctioned unemployed.

They have added to the NHS budget from the massive rise in malnutrition hospital admissions and the hunger sympton in kids affecting bone development, of Rickets.

    Look around you.

All the made items. What is in shops. The fabric of buildings, cars, bikes, kids toys. All of it. All depends on money going around in the economy.

The slavery of workfare and the waste on welfare admin to do workfare, both state and private firms, is anti capitalist.

The tax from firms and the amount of income tax is just not being gathered.

There is no national debt because the major international financie folk see UK as only hanving an average debt of all rich nations.

This soldier is not enjoying all the help that the GI Bill gives returning American soldiers.

But their again, why would politicians stuck in a feudal past, comprehend capitalisms’ basic concepts.

After all we are cutting public sector jobs by early retirement in lieu of redundancy and losing jobs for families, and then spending taxpayers’ money double and treble in enslaving people.

The stupidity of our aristocratic mindset stuck in a Groundhog day of our Norman forebears a thousand years into the past, of our political class.

The poor are now half the population.

If you are angry, Thursday 7 May is the day to get that revenge.
