My son won’t let me near the kitchen because he thinks I will hurt myself. He also doesn’t like me going out alone, although I do to places very near, as the last time someone tried to take my phone, big mistake, they nearly died. If anyone says anything I think is insulting or offensive to me I go on the attack as my son has witnessed many times, that’s why he doesn’t like me going out alone. As for personal actions if they are left to me they don’t get done. It’s not for idleness but because I think I will just finish this drink then do that but it never gets done.

As for rigged assessments then I believe they are rigged, as I send about 110 pages of additional evidence with my ESA50 I also put in the any other info space ALL VERBAL COMMUNICATION WILL BE AUDIO RECORDED. I think they see that and know I am going to be difficult, I even recorded my PIP assessment. I have had 3 WFI’s one in Leeds and 2 in York, and that’s in over 5 years, the last one lasted 9 minutes and that included setting the recorder 1 minute before I entered the JC+ and stopping it after I had got out of their site on leaving, all she said was you should be in SG and can I have your phone number to call you in 6 months. I made out I didn’t know it so she wrote on my appointment letter for my son to call and give her a contact number, it went in the bin when I got home.

I hope I would resist such a test, leave the room, or bring a statement about my decision to walk out. At the very least, the starred questions are too broad. Not precise enough to say a thing about my ability to work or not.

What are you thinking?
