I hope that Jeremy is just a plain old fashioned gentleman, helping someone in need. You know there arn’t so many people out there that will assist you when you are in need of help these days. I am myself in a wheelchair or my electric scooter/buggy, I have myself been in situations where I needed help but sadly people just walk on. About 3yrs ago I was on my buggy and the pavement had a drop curb at one end but not the other, I was at this other end and realised I would have to reverse all the way back, it was a nightmare I realised very quickly that the pavement tapered off, becoming very narrow and had a slopping bank to the side of it, the rest you can probably guess, my buggy wheel must have caught the bank and my buggy tipped throwing me into the road. My hubby rushed over to me but the buggy was on my legs and it was to heavy for him to lift alone. We needed help but no one stopped, it was a main road for heaven’s sake. My hubby went to the other side of the road and stopped the traffic, only then did one chap come and offer assistance, hubby didn’t turn his offer down. I really don’t know what comes over people to just carry-on and not even offer to help someone in need beggar’s belief. At first I thought it was just the younger folks but no this problem is across the boared, I’m not saying that everyone is the same, their not, there are countless people who can’t do enough to help and don’t need asking, I think Jeremy was probably doing what comes naturally to him as it does to many, many people. The chap who helped us couldn’t have been more helpful, both my hubby and myself were so grateful to him, Thank You so much who ever you are…
