    What I want to know is why no one picked up on this–family, friends, doctors, teachers etc. Why did no one say “why are you wearing dark glasses and using a white cane when you aren’t blind?” A childhood picture shows her wearing glasses. Didn’t she go to an eye doctor or a family care provider who noted anything?
