    As some religions, creeds and cultures require men to be unshaven, to discriminate against beards would be indirect racial or ethnic discrimination – WHICH IS ILLEGAL.

    As the loathsome Iain “Duncan” Smith was probably still in charge when that policy was drawn up, it is he who should be prosecuted rather than the Tory marionette who has replaced him.

    Seriously? Good luck with that then DWP as each bearded claimant could take you to court and the judges would only take a few minutes to decide that the sanction could be overturned and compensation would be awarded!

    Put in a freedom of information request to ask how many of their employees do not shave? I bet you get the response of we do not hold that information BS
