This might seem obvious but we think it’s worth sharing…

Before I send any form to the DWP I photocopy everything that is going in the envelope, other contact methods are email only then I get a copy in the sent box. The DWP send out an auto response to say they received it if I don’t get the auto reply I keep sending the email to them until I do, I don’t give a fuck if they accuse me of spamming they should give the auto reply, but I always check the bin and spam folders before I resend just in case the reply has gone to there by mistake.

Oh one addition, I sometimes photocopy the sealed envelope then go and post it, they get away with nothing with me

    Absolutely.
Record and make a record of everything.
“lost in the post” is one of the favorite excuses for their fraud and financial vulnerable adult abuse.

    Also email to.. contact-us@jobcentreplus.gsi.gov.uk
(quoting your national insurance number in the subject line)

You could also CC to –
    caxtonhouse.clerkpru@dwp.gsi.gov.uk (dwp headquarters)
    ministers@dwp.gsi.gov.uk (dwp bosses)
freedom-of-information-request@dwp.gsi.gov.uk (it’s also for subject access requests, but any dwp address is, should be, good for that)

And while you’re at it you could also CC it to some of the blind eye turning criminal abusers –
    David Cameron – publiccorrespondence@cabinet-office.gsi.gov.uk
    Jeremy Corbyn – corbynj@parliament.uk
and your local MP, council, Unison police etc.

    I got a v.cheap epson printer/copier/scanner, well worth it.
I use a ‘tie clip’ microphone taped to my phones earpiece and freeware called ‘Audacity’ to record phone calls. And a cheap mp3 voice recorder to record the criminal abusers on the other side of the desk.
