    You must also elaborate if your condition has got better i.e however you still ind it difficult to do XYZ plus if you say stay the same you must say what you cannot or can do i.e my condition has remained the same but I am still unable to do XYZ

    what if for instance, you had multiple conditions when you first applied and were awarded dla for life for both components. then over the years, other conditions are added that dont impact on your ability to do things any more than they did before. i e diabetes, type 2 … ibs or crohnes, all being managed at present. so no added inpact on what one can /cant do?
