   I thought these reports were supposed to be written in “PLAIN ENGLISH” WTF does NORMAL FLEXION mean that’s a medical term you need a medical dictionary to understand some of their wording.

And how can a few minutes observation by a person who is lacking in the correct medical knowledge override all the highly qualified medical experts who deal with that individual. Oh yes, in Tory Britain.    You can observe someone appearing to be reading, but unless they read aloud they are just looking at a magazine.
   Assuming HCP was not in the room to observe this directly, this would be hearsay evidence from receptionist fraudulently misrepresented
