They may well overturn the decision, what are they going to do with the assessor, report them to the appropriate medical body for fitness to practice, take a complaint from the person being assessed and then write one of there highly noble letters about how such a bad mistake should not have happened and thanks for pointing this out, there a naughty person and will be told not to do this again or sweet nothing, I let you work that out it won’t take a genius

I intend to ask whoever assesses me what they know about MS before they start….

ask about there qualifications and experience as well and who there registered with, for example a physiotherapist doing a mental health assessment for bipolar does not have the right feel to it
