Good news indeed and hopefully will apply to vile toe rags sent out on 3 hrs noticeinterviewing people with no medical qualifications whatsoever let alone around the claimants disabilities demanding to see evidence of tumour/lesion discharge who then try to justify it before District Judge trying to suggest were sent by junior member of staff (also no medical qualifications) under due process looking for benefit fraud!! Judge wiped the floor with them and quite rightly so. Truly dreadful experience and while stood up to them firmly it’s unlawful activity on a personal whim of someone who lacks the minerals to ever understand how disabling such conditions are.

    (up to life in prison)

    and –
    Fraud Act 2006 –

    and –
    Vulnerable Adult Abuse –
    Care Act 2014 –

Safeguarding adults at risk of abuse or neglect –

Those are the sickos favorite crimes, useful information to know.

And always have a voice recorder, video camera or phone charged up ready to record the criminal lowlife.
