Recruitment is so subjective that it is very difficult to prove you have not been offered a job due to your disability. HR professionals and experienced recruiters will read this and simply believe the agency ‘slipped up’ in giving the real reason. There is no attempt to educate the reader in why it is illegal to discriminate and what skills/experience/personal qualities they miss out on by not employing this person. We will not make progress if we can’t educate employers and break down the barriers.
