The Reality Of Benefit Assessments

May 5, 2017

Just a quick link to Frances Ryan’s latest piece in yesterday’s Guardian. It’s excellent, as always.

Unless someone’s recorded the assessment – which I’ve never seen – there seems to be no redress’
Well bad news for anyone assessing me! I record the lot of them the only ones that don’t get recorded are my GP unless I see someone who I don’t know, like a GP there on a placement. DWP, ATOS or others are always recorded and they are told on any form that ALL VERRBAL COMMUNICATION WILL BE AUDIO RECORDED.

At my PIP assessment I had to contact the CEO as they wanted me to do a 100 mile round trip and I put in the email that all Vverbal communication will be audio recorded, just like I do on the forms and they changed it to a local appointment just 4 miles away but I still recorded the asessment and she even told me that I was getting the award and she knew absolutely sod all about my main condition.
I use a dictaphone set to voice ativation and as I get near the asessment centre I start it recording and activate the switch so it canot be accidentally turned off then every few minutes I cough to keep the machine active, once in there I keep up the same procedure until I am called in then the voices keep the machine working. So my advice is to buy a dictaphone with an earpiece and microphone and record, record, record

I’m now using tiny v.wide angle hd ‘action’ cameras that I’ve hacked into ‘wearables’ and added much bigger batteries.
I get about 9.5 hours of continuous hd video with good quality sound.

The Guardian BS linked to… clearly some use of the word “excellent” that I was previously unaware of.

Has Samedifference1 had her first assessment yet??? When is that going to be?
Maybe she’ll change her tune when(if) some unqualified Criminal Abusing Quack starts lying about her to try and starve her to death. Until that happens it’s all just bulls**t playschool ‘politics’ for her, isn’t it.

Yet more hot air blowing Fake News from the guardian –

“Alice Kirby has just been told she can have her benefit reinstated. But because of further errors (“errors” – IT’S CALLED ‘FRAUD’) she now has to go through a full appeal (SHE COULD JUST CALL THE F**KING POLICE, IF LABOUR-PCS UNION LOVING FAKE NEWS HACKS COULD BE BOTHERED TO STOP SU**ING CRIMINAL CORBYNS C**K AND TELL PEOPLE ABOUT FRAUD ETC.), and her depression is the worst it’s ever been. What’s happening to her and others like her is nothing short of “institutional abuse”.”

    >“institutional abuse”
    Care Act 2014 –
Safeguarding adults at risk of abuse or neglect –

So why hasn’t the guardian fake news hack Frances Ryan reported all of this to the Police and Social Services??? Does the Guardian also cover up for child abusers?

“It may be carried out by an institution rather than an individual, but it’s still abuse,” she says. “It’s almost faceless because it’s being perpetrated by a department of government. But the impact on us is still the same.”

The Criminal Abusers on the other side of the desk ARE employed individuals. And the sickos ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN ACTIONS.

PCS(DWP-Atos-Maximus) Union loving Guardian scumbag trying to protect their DWP-Atos-Maximus criminal filth.

Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 –
