    People do not always spot your depression because we can all hide behind a mask !
    And close ourselves up from others and often neglect hygenine because the will to do anything goes away ! Even though peeps know they look rough and proberly smell a bit they cannot summon the will to rectify it ! You feel ashamed you have not washed ect , because you know you should !
    How do you tell anyone you need help ? People can casually pass off depression as pull yourself together but you carnt ! This girls story is spot on bless her for sharing .
