    i would be extremely cautious as to any celebrations. the deaths of the sick and disabled in going through welfare reform over the past 7 years are still taking place on a regular basis and that I firmly believe will continue as there is nothing that I can see can prevent a government hell bent on what THEY wish to accomplish
