Lambeth Council, How Is This Wheelchair Access?

Sooo @lambeth_council how is this appropriate wheelchair access? (For ref the part closest to camera is the approx 10cm drop off our ramp & 20cm muddy gap to the yellow board). Good thing none of us are working tomorrow cos leaving the house will be interesting. pic.twitter.com/uAEbfQoKxt

My mum's a wheelchair user, I use a stick & my neighbours are an older couple 1 of whom uses crutches (& their access is worse). Really this needs sorting urgently & you need to have someone checking on access needs of elderly & disabled residents on works like this in future!

We had no notification this work was even happening. I came back from shopping to find the pavement outside my house being dug up. We had no warning, we were given no contact number in the event of any problem or emergency (or I'd have called it instead of tweeting you)
