All DWP face to face interviews cancelled as of this morning.

Well at least it appears that the DWP have at last seen sense and have cancelled face to face appointments this morning.

If you have still been asked to attend your appointment please let me know.

Now let’s see if sanctions are lifted.

I’ll keep you updated as further news comes to light.

    Can I take it this applies to Job Seekers Allowance as well as Universal Credit etc?

    Info for other on JSA.
    All JSA and face to face regular appointments cancelled. Payments will go in automatic. Then those on JSA will receive a phone call to make sure they are still unemployed/no changes etc.. Source from Local JobCentre staff.
    Those on UC will already be in regular contact via their DWP Journal/portal.
