the art and craft part of my creative workshop that I went to Back in July and enjoyed taking part and I made a flag which I then incorporated into the dance portion of the creative workshop I hope you enjoy following along with my life The up and down because this life is definitely not a straight line it’s a wiggly zigzag But living with FND witches our dynamic disability we’re just grateful for the good days and the months where we adequately funded for our daily care and support needs Although we want to find a way that this won’t change
