How Social Care Let Two People With MS Down

July 7, 2012

With an ageing population and pressure on local budgets, there are growing concerns over how costs are to be met for caring for the elderly and the disabled.

My whole blog is full of examples of continual let downs by the care system. The system that doesn’t care, I call it. http://onmybiketoo.blogspot.co.uk until something is done about the quality of care agencies , care provision will not improve. The proposed PIP system will not work for everyone because of the complexities of becoming an employer and doing it properly. We passed the assessment for continued health care provision in Oct 2009 and to date we have had carers provided for 4months out of that time due to various problems with the provision. Care in the community = no care at all.
