    IDS is a clown his main problem is that he doesn’t understand procedure which prevents him from understanding the welfare regulations as laid down by the DWP

    very few people in the UK do i should add because of the rules governing them are very extremely complexed

    I’ve studied them for well over 30 years and even today i would say i wasn’t an expert as there is far to much to take in which is complete nonsense and has be specifically designed so that you wont be able to understand the rules hence today no one even in IT can work them out much less a layman
