Blue Badge misuse ‘drives’ me mad, but even I can’t help but laugh at this:
Of course, if this chaps uses the disabled space, using his wife’s Blue Badge, he is stopping a genuinely disabled person from parking. Not only that, he is not entitled to go shopping using her Blue Badge, he is perfectly fit and can park anywhere on the car park, unlike the disabled person, who needs the extra room to get in, and out, of the vehicle.

No excuse! His wife was not with him, nor was he parking to pick his wife up, so no he should not use his wife’s blue badge to pick up minty biscuits. Why can he not park where other non blue badge holders park to get the minty biscuits that clearly he as well as his wife are so found. He is blocking the space for a blue badge holder who needs to buy goods at the shop. They would go home with nothing. He and his wife would be angry if they were unable to use a blue badge space due to abuse of a badge if his wife needed to go somewhere.

Also he is breaking the law and if he is found out, his wife will lose the blue badge. How stupid. It makes me mad too as I am a wheelchair user and I need extra wide spaces to get in and out of the car!
