    You should never send them the originals of your documents, best to send copies. I always scan them.

    I never send originals only copies and then I send them recorded delivery, I don’t trust any government department

      The post can’t be trusted. I have had documents sent both by recorded and registered go missing. I now never send originals only copies. Sometimes that is acceptable if signed by a solicitor. Otherwise I explain why I will not post them and say I will bring them personally. But make your own copies first. Or they might take them away to copy and you might not get them back. You have to be prepared for every con artist stunt when dealing with bureaucracy.

    unfortunately copies cost especially when you have lots of paperwork. Printer cartridges or photocopy fees soon mount up. ESA + PIP (+ some have to provide for travel permits) and was told by JC+ that I have to resupply all data for mandatory recon (+ I assume another set for tribunal).;( . If I have to skip meals atm before photocopying
