If reported and found guilty of assault this person would loose their SIA license and the proof is this footage.

Chocolate soldiers trying to be hard! Oh very well done assaulting a woman, he had no right to do that.
We can all see the video – we can all hear what is going on and this “employee” of G4s should be sacked immediately. Then lets see him the other side having to sign on!
    Disgusting!

Should you be filming on private property? Have the other claimants give permission for them to be filmed and published – certainly an invasion of their privacy.

I have had to edit your comment as the personal insults that were in it go against my comments policy.

If I enter A JCP office I always record, if they don’t like it, feck ’em!

Don’t be ridiculous, you can’t see the other claimants properly, so unrecognisable. You obviously are a G4S supporter, or someone who thinks all disabled people or benefits are scroungers.

Can anyone have a go at explaining how this ‘proves’ anything. I’m no G4S supporter but I can’t see what assault has been committed, shakey camera bit of audio of a woman shouting… Also.. I have claimed benefits before and I know from the jobcentre I claimed in that the ‘screened area’ they’re trying to get her to go to is for claimants who are violent or have a history of aggression with advisers I for one would rather she was in there then out with me.

Take the footage to the police station and it is legal to video. Covert video will also stand up in a court of law. The sound recording picks up a struggle and stress in the victims voice. There is evidence here for assault.

Case law has established that a claimant may record overtly or covertly if they fear that threats or intimidation may take place. Without going looking it up, I think it was DWP vs Powell, but the info is available. Donotsign.org have the case law refs on their site I think. Prob worth anyone printing off if contemplating recording in a Jobcentre.
