LJ Duut has been waiting for post from the DWP about whether she can keep her Survivors’ Benefit. There’s no sign of that but she has recently had this instead.

Same Difference 
Typical of our f*****ed up, understaffed, under-resourced and pathetic welfare system…This is what happens when you skin services to the bone in so-called austerity measures, staff are reduced to undertaking more roles than they can manage and claimants are made to feel like spongers and scroungers.
